A Counselling Session provides you with classical therapy techniques such as Attachment-based Theory, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Reality Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) where I support you with discovering how to move forward in your journey of self-healing and growth. Please note this is the only service that would be covered by a health insurance policy or NIHB as this is more of the modern concept of counselling and therapy with the focus on wholistic wellness.

Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation through Reiki. Reiki helps to balance your energy centers and promotes holistic wellness. Reiki is provided in the comfort of your own home through distance healing. This will provide you with the opportunity to make immediate changes to your overall health and well-being.

I will come to your home to assist you removing and learning about the foods you currently eat that cause different health concerns and prevent you from the overall health that you want to achieve. This can mean a small reorganization of your pantry to make room new foods. It can mean a significant overhaul of your current food lifestyle. You get to decide how comprehensive your food lifestyle change. This can (but not always depending on location) included accompanying you on a trip to your local grocery store for tips and tricks. I will work with you to set you and your family up for success.

You must contact me directly by email or text to discuss this service. Prior to booking the Food Lifestyle Change you must have had at least one Nutritional Consultation in advance. I will travel within a 50 km radius of Birch Hills, SK at no additional cost. Outside of the 50 km radius, mileage will be added after 50 km of $1.00/km. If you live outside of the 50 km radius, you can schedule your In Home Nutrition Organization through a video conference instead.

For most of us it is easy to "diet" temporarily. But the plan we were on is not sustainable for us in the long term. Wholistic Pathways' 6 week program helps you find a healthier way of eating for the rest of your life! This approach is a wholistic way to change your weight, self-esteem, temperament or mood, and overall health and wellbeing. You will be provided with a guide to use at home to make it easy to follow and plan. No need for meal prepping (unless you want too).

You will have at the minimum weekly (to daily if you need it) contact to support you with that week's progress and challenges with helpful tips and tricks for the up coming week. After the 6 weeks is complete, you will be prepared for a your new lifestyle instead of just a temporary diet. You can then use the information you received to repeat the 6 weeks up to 3 times a year on your own as you see fit.

In consultation with my educator, I will support you in healing from a cold, flu, minor injuries, sprains, ligament tears, and different infections all using homeopathic remedies.

This service lasts for approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the acute concern. Please note that I am not a homeopath, naturopathy, or physician and thus this is not medical advise but holistic healing advised using homeopathic remedies following Dr. Hahnemann's ideologies of like treating like. Dr. Olga Imas is my educator providing oversight to ensure proper application of information and advise is provided.
